In her book 'The Ambition Accelerator' Sophie guides working women on how to power up their professional success.  Sophie is a Multi award-winning entrepreneur, Director, NED, chartered FCIPD HR professional, author, speaker and investor.  Her latest business launch 'This is Moja - Get known' has been a huge success in helping entrepreneurs and senior executives improve their profile and get known so they can be a success in their industry or sector.

In her book 'Quietly Visible: Leading With Influence and Impact as an Introverted Woman' Carol talks about the unfavourable bias towards introversion in the corporate environment and her experience of being a introverted female leader, the challenges she faced and how she channels that into helping others in her coaching business today. 

In her forthcoming book on 'Inclusive Leadership', Obi talks about her work as a Finnish-Nigerian Leadership Expert committed to creating inclusive cultures of shared leadership and empowered relationships, where every individual can thrive.
