About the Event

The 'Virtual Water Cooler Chat' series is a creative place for leaders to share best practice and connect with other leaders of hybrid teams.  Here we will hear from industry experts about how they have lead remote teams to success over the past 14 months using the PIVOT model. Its purpose is to provide simple and practical tools to make leadership easier right now, and create a movement of leaders who can reach organisational goals without damaging the brain health of their employees.

Learn to PIVOT is a leadership development & performance coaching concept that lives in the 24/7 connected and unpredictable business world. The Model teaches organisations to create a resilient and engaged hybrid workforce by using principles from neuroscience and psychology. This is an opportunity for you chat to key speakers about their experience 'pivoting' within their role and what recommendations they have to get you and your team to PIVOT as you ease out of restrictrions and try to reimagine the new world of work we find ourselves in.

Joining us this time will be Rich Thomas, Co-Founder at Moxie People. He will be sharing with us his experience over the past 10 years’ in the social housing sector, and how he has supported hundreds of job seekers to secure meaningful employment that matches their skills, ambitions, values and needs. Rich will go onto share his big Recriutment PIVOT since lockdown and his 4 step model on how to take a proactive approach to finding the top hybrid talent in your industry.

This year we are partnering with the charity 'Cancer Support UK' as they deliver corporate training suitable for all levels on 'Communicating about Cancer in the workplace'.
