About this Learning for Leaders

We all need each other when times get tough. Talking and active listening builds connection and can ultimately lead to trust and productive action. This programme will give you the intelligence to help you check in on your colleagues as you find your way with hybrid working.

Doesn’t it seem like some leaders and teams always make “it” happen, no matter what “it” is? They’ve mastered the secret to getting consistent, stellar results despite changing roles, goals, accountabilities, structures, or new team members. They transform the stumbling blocks of conflict and misunderstanding into opportunities to accelerate their success. For these high-achievers, building and sustaining relationships is priority one. They understand that members of their team can go further together than they can alone. The good news is that you too can leverage the power of relationships for greater cohesion.

In this learning-by-doing program, you’ll discover how to:

- Apply relationship intelligence to put everyone on a productive path to results
- Discover how to use the right strength at the right time for greater effectiveness
- Promote healthy opposition and resolve conflict without damaging relationships
- Mobilise team strengths to execute strategy
- Develop effective communication that comes from authentic connections

This programme can be delivered in any frequency, intensity and duration depending on your requirements. It focuses on equipping your leaders to find ways to unleash the performance of individuals and teams through stronger, more productive relationships. Working relationships between managers and direct reports, amongst colleagues and across organisational silos are critical for long-term transformation, just as much as tangible, structural changes.

All learners will receive an invitation to complete the SDI 2.0 via email from our Core Strengths portal. It will take about 30 minutes to complete. The programme is also supported by the use of a Core Strengths App to compare and contrast with your team members personality and conflict profiles following the session(s).
