Internationally Renowned Female Survival Consultant, expedition leader, and producer
Her vast wealth of experience and knowledge, gained from leading hundreds of expeditions and consulting for TV survival and adventure shows across the globe, enables her to organise unique experiences for clients to remote and wild places. Megan has spent time working and living with native communities all around the world, from the San bushmen in Africa to the Sami reindeer herders in the Arctic to the Iban jungle dwellers in Borneo and many more. Most of her expeditions involve working closely with native peoples and she always aims to support local communities where possible. Megan's primal drive to travel and explore means she can often be found breaking trail through waist deep snow, swinging in her hammock in the depths of a jungle or sharing stories sat around a campfire under the desert stars. Megan's knowledge and skills make her a world leading expert in all aspects of remote wilderness area expeditions, survival and TV filming. In front of the camera, Megan's most recent credit is her involvement in 'Curse of Lost in Amazon Gold' on the History Channel in July. Megan's first book 'Mind of a Survivor' was published by Coronet in May 2017. With Bear Grylls describing her as 'stronger than 99% of men I know' we are excited to have her as our head line speaker to hear about what tools & techniques from her survival work she thinks are transferable to help hybrid leaders deliver high performing teams in hybrid organsiations.

As a high-performing young leader, Kimberley Leung found her own resilience was in question in her working life. She soon realised that being resilient would help her be successful and, more importantly, able to help those around her. But first, Kimberley needed to understand what resilience truly means to her. She needed to change it from being something that only challenged her, to something that could be used as her strength. Kimberley shares her own story about resilience and the tools that she developed to help strengthen hers, and proves how you can say to yourself 'You've got this!', even if you tell everyone around you that you haven't. Kim has been working in association with Choose to Grow as a participant on a leadership development programme commissioned by a global pharmaceutical company & has delivered a resilience talk at a TEDx event earlier this year.
