Next week, something special is happening in Newport. We’re gathering over 50 purpose-driven Managers and Leaders along with HR, OD, L&D leaders, CEOs, and changemakers for a morning that’s about far more than learning. It’s about connection. It’s about growth. It’s about unlocking what leadership really looks like in 2025.

Why This Event?
This conference marks 10 years of Choose to Grow, a decade of working with organisations to build better leaders and stronger cultures. It’s a celebration, yes, but it’s also a call to action. Because if we’ve learned anything over the last 10 years, it’s this:
Leadership needs to be more human. More curious. More conscious.
We created Leadership Unlocked to bring that vision to life in one room, in one powerful morning. Not in theory, but through lived experience, practical tools, and real conversation.
Why We’re Doing It
Because leadership today is under pressure. People lack clarity. Workplaces are stretched. And leaders are expected to hold it all together, often without the space or support to reflect and reset.
This event is that space.
It’s a charity conference, yes, but it’s also a chance to pause, learn, and lead with renewed purpose. We’re proudly supporting Own My Life, a brilliant organisation helping women rebuild after abuse. It’s personal, it’s powerful, and it reflects everything we believe leadership should stand for: safety, growth, and dignity.
